We would be delighted to help you to increase your brand awareness and create stronger connections with your target audience through one of several affordable exhibit and sponsorship options!

Vendor Rate:  €110/booth or €200 for double booth.  Limited half tables available at €65/half.

Priority Booths:  For an additional €20, choose the location of your booth for event day!  You will need to choose this option if you require an electrical outlet. *This applies to full booth applications only.

Currently accepting applications from Irish businesses, service providers and resources!

First come, first served basis!


    • 40+ booths available
    • We will be limiting the number of similar businesses and services to create a diverse expo experience for families
    • Only one business per booth/double booth
    • Your business, service or resource will be featured on our Facebook page AND Instagram account prior to the expo
    • We will contact you within one week about participation once you have submitted the online application
    • Our follow-up contact with you will indicate whether your application has been accepted or wait-listed
    • If your application is accepted, you will have 72 hours to read the expo contract + make full payment before your application will be put aside for others to register
    • Certain professionals may need to submit additional credentials upon request

How do I sign up to become a vendor?

    • Submit an online application below.  You will hear back from us within one week of application.  If accepted, you will be required to read the exhibitor contract and make your payment within 72 hours before your booth may be offered to another interested party

How do I make payment?

    • Payments will only be accepted online and must be made within 72 hours of acceptance.

What is included in my €110 booking fee?

    • 6 ft. rectangular trestle table
    • One chair per booth (we can provide a second chair upon request)
    • Logo listed on our List of Vendors page
    • A “Vendor Spotlight” on our social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.  This will be done during the two months leading up to the expo

Set up details:

    • 9- 10:45 am, unloading and set up
    • Please be set up by 10:45 am
    • 3 pm, clean up begins after the expo ends

Why should my business or service be a part of the expo?

    • The Pregnancy & Family Expo is the only event of its kind and size to be held in Limerick City!  Busy families with children of all ages are always looking for new businesses, services and resources that will make life easier for them.
    • We are focused on getting maximum footfall for this event!  We will be advertising on the radio for weeks prior to expo day, online through multiple social media channels and will have print advertising in two different newspapers and a local magazine.  More advertising means more sales and lead generation for you!
    • Exhibitors will receive first-priority for speaking engagements or demos on the day.  We have organised a break out room where professionals can provide a talk, demonstration or activity for families.  If you are interested, please reach out once you submit your application below.

    • Any business, service or local resource (like a charity) that sells to or helps families and/or soon-to-be parents.
